Who qualifies for this offer?
- Active duty personnel across the Australian Army, Royal Australian Navy, and Royal Australian Air Force
- Veterans and ex-serving ADF personnel, regardless of how long ago they served
- Personnel who have been honourably discharged
- Retired ADF personnel
What forms of work ID are accepted?
We accept any of the following as proof of service in the Australian Defence Force:
- Work email - a direct email from your ADF email
- Australian Defence Force ID card - a current or expired ADF ID card showing your name and photo
- Australian Defence Force document - such as discharge paperwork, a Certificate of Service, or a Defence-issued letter confirming your service history
- Veteran Card - issued by the Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA), where applicable
