What type of photo can I upload?
Most formats are supported (JPEG, PNG, & PDFs). If you are having any issues with the upload tap the 'Support' button and contact the verification team.
How long does it take to get my discount code?
If your ID has been automatically validated then your discount code will instantly be shown on screen. If your ID is not automatically validated it will go through to the verification team for manual approval. Manual approvals are usually processed within 1 hour.
What if I have sent a valid ID but haven’t received my discount code?
Please check your Junk Folder first in case the email has been sent there. If you haven’t received an email in you Junk Folder either please contact the gocertify verification team by tapping the 'Support' button.

Where do I enter my discount code on site?
You can enter the discount code in the checkout in the area saying ‘Promo Code'
What if my discount code isn’t working on site?
The discount is only valid on full price products. If a product has already been reduced on-site then the code will not work. If the product(s) you’re trying to purchase are full price and the code still isn’t working please contact Kurt Geiger here - https://www.kurtgeiger.com/customer-services/contact-us.
Can I use this offer more than once?
Each code being issued can only be used once, however, you can apply for multiple codes by re-confirming your valid NHS ID or a recent payslip showing the NHS as your employer.
Who qualifies for this offer?
All NHS Staff with a valid current NHS ID or a recent payslip showing the NHS as your employer.
