Free key worker tastecard Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter The promoter is Marks Electrical Group Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number [insert]), with registered office at insert address.
2. Offer Overview Marks Electrical is offering a free tastecard to eligible key workers as a Valentine’s Day goodwill gesture (the “Offer”), subject to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Eligibility o The Offer is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. o The Offer is strictly limited to verified key workers, including but not limited to NHS staff, military personnel, emergency services, and other qualifying roles as determined by GoCertify. o Eligibility must be successfully verified via GoCertify. Marks Electrical accepts no responsibility for unsuccessful or incomplete verification.
4. Exclusions o Employees of Marks Electrical, its agents, or anyone professionally connected with this Offer are not eligible to participate. o Only one free tastecard may be claimed per eligible person and per email address.
5. How to Claim To receive a free tastecard, eligible participants must:
6. Successfully verify their key worker status via GoCertify;
7. Complete the survey question presented on the Offer page; and

8. Submit a valid email address.
   Claims that do not complete all required steps will not be eligible.

9. Availability
   o The Offer is limited to a maximum of 3,000 tastecards.
   o This Offer is intended to run until 14 February 2026 but may end sooner if all 3,000 tastecards are claimed.
   o The Offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
   o Marks Electrical reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Offer where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or to prevent fraud or abuse.

10. Delivery of Tastecard
    o The tastecard code will be displayed on screen immediately after successful verification and survey completion. Marks Electrical will not email the code. Participants are responsible for noting the code at the time it is displayed.

    o No payment details are required to redeem this voucher and it does not auto-renew.

11. Use of Tastecard
    o The tastecard is provided by a third party and is subject to the tastecard provider’s own terms and conditions.
    o Marks Electrical is not responsible for the availability, acceptance, or performance of tastecard offers at participating restaurants.

12. Data Protection
    o Personal data will be processed in accordance with Marks Electrical’s Privacy Policy.
    o Email addresses will be used solely for key worker eligibility verification via GoCertify and to administer the claim (for example, to prevent duplicate claims). They will not be used for marketing.
    o Survey responses will be aggregated and anonymised for research and insight purposes.

13. General
    o Marks Electrical reserves the right to refuse or cancel claims where it reasonably believes there has been abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
    o The Offer is not transferable and has no cash alternative.
    o These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
